This is the best way to find your size:

Chest circumference:

Place the tape measure around your torso at the widest point.

Waist size:

Place the tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso, taking care not to constrict it.

Hip circumference:

Place the measuring tape around the widest part of the buttocks and hips, legs closed,

Do not constrict.
