Why should I subscribe to the newsletter?

In our newsletter, which we write and organise ourselves, we provide information about our sustainable approach and announce promotions and new product launches earlier than on other platforms. How long does delivery take?

Is the packaging plastic-free?

We also try to ship in a resource-friendly and climate-neutral way, which is why we pack your order in grass fibre boxes from Biobiene, which consist of 35% grass fibres and 65% recycled paper. How does the preorder system work?

At SWEERS we work with the pre-order system, among other things, because this avoids overproduction and only produces as much as is ordered.

This means that we first create the new designs and have prototypes or small collections made of them, which can be pre-ordered and purchased on our website*.

Newsletter subscribers have exclusive access to these styles with special offers. The desired items can be purchased on certain days; you will find the expected delivery date in the item description.

As soon as the item is dispatched, we will also inform you by e-mail with tracking details.

Normally we start production as soon as we start the pre-order sale and these items are ready for dispatch max. 1-4 weeks later.


Other items from our collections are already ready for dispatch. This is usually the case with basic items so that we have them in stock. These are usually available for immediate delivery, which is also noted in the item description.
